On purchasing these locks you will be asked to complete a key registration form. when completed it will have the authorised signatures who you want to be able to have keys cut. You then be supplied with a card so if you want an extra to be cut. Hence the person with one of the signature on the card will have to be present with the card. As a result if you don’t have the card no key.
